Freshly out of college, equipped with entrepreneurial capabilities and with a yearn to achieve higher goals in life, he jumped into the foray of real estate and started his career as an individual broker in 1996 in Kolkata. Amit has over 17 years of rich experience & sound knowledge of the dynamics & trends of the real estate market in Eastern India. He was instrumental in successfully mobilizing key projects & leading them from the front. He has been associated with projects like ManiKaran, Parasmani, Rukhmani, Rameshwara Mansion, Arch Galaxy, Elgin Court, Belair, Jubilee Park and many such Hi-end residential projects in Kolkata.

As a founder, Amit imbibes in the organization his key philosophy of customer involvement and satisfaction. A team player by nature, Amit oversees all the Sales related activities of Modern Properties.

Namrata Singh Agarwal

An MBA graduate from ICFAI University, Ms. Agarwal started her career as a HR trainer with ICICI First Source in 2006, since then she has been involved in imparting training on various HR & self development skills to renowned corporate & PSU's like ICICI Bank, HDFC Ergo, Apollo, Bharti Airtel, World of Titan, Tanishq, OBC, Barclays and UCO Bank to name a few. Her core area of specialization is Personality development & Motivational training. She has been also imparting training to students of various Engineering Colleges in West Bengal. Ms. Agarwal joined the Real Estate sector in 2010. A go-getter by nature, she has proved her mettle by taking the company to newer heights & achieving the desired results under her guidance. Her leadership skills & efficient manpower handling qualities were demonstrated by her, while single handedly supervising Sole & dual selling projects like Avani Oxford II, Royal Orchid, Shyam Residency, Aster Garden, Rameshwara Waterview & commercial projects like Ergo in Sector-V etc.

Ms. Agarwal takes care of the Sales & Operations.

Raakes Sharma

After graduating in Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata went on to complete his P.G. in International Marketing (Gold Medalist), with brief instinct from 2001 to 2009 in the EPC contracting and after an array of successful premium developments completed, decided to go his own way.

Joined hands with Modern Properties in the year 2010. He brought in fresh ideas & strategies for the growth of Modern in newer territories.

The vision of the organization to be present in multi-location areas was spearheaded by him . He takes care of Marketing, Liaison, Customer Relation for the outstation projects, commercial and residential in nature, fields he has always been enjoying doing. He is responsible for management of operations for the outstation projects and takes keen interest in focusing on operational excellence and innovative growth of the organization. Under his leadership, the company has successfully handled projects in Jamshedpur & he has outpaced his competitors in Sales & growth.

His simple and proven approach to the projects has resulted in a High Level of Customer Satisfaction and Repeat Business.
